Modify our HR software to suit your company

Every company has different HR policies. We realize this and believe that we’ve got the balance right between flexibility and ease of use.

Most settings in HR Locker can be customized to your unique needs. Your annual leave year might not start on January 1. Not a problem. You can set it to whatever date you want.

You might allow employees to carry over unused annual leave into a new leave year. Not a problem. You might set a restriction on the number of days that can be carried over. Again, all possible.

HR Locker is also ideal for companies with multiple offices where each office might have different requirements. For example, employees in the New York office might get time off at Thanks Giving. Employees in Tokyo might get time off during Golden Week. There’s no limit on the number of offices or departments you can add.

You can add as many different leave types for each office as you like. Some leave types can be flagged as deductible from an employees annual leave allowance. Others, such as study break or compassionate leave for example, can be set up but not get deducted.

It’s also easy to set company wide, or office specific, days off to.
