Can I try out the service for free?

Yes. All hr software accounts come with a free 30 day trial. Simply sign up and try the service out. If you like it and choose to use it after the thirty day trial we’ll contact you and issue an invoice for the appropriate amount.

What if I’m not happy after 30 days?

There is no obligation to continue using the service and no penalty if you choose to cancel.

My company has a number of offices globally. Do I need more than one account?

No. Many of our customers have offices in different countries. You sign up once and add your branch offices all under the one account. This makes it much easier to manage international businesses.

Are there any other costs?

No. There are no hidden charges. What you see is what you get.

Can I upgrade my account at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time by contacting us with the details.

Where is my data stored and is it safe?

We store all account data in Microsoft’s global data centres. Because our system is based on Windows Azure you have the confidence that one of the world’s largest companies are looking after all of the infrastructure that hosts and protects your important data. All accounts include SSL, data encryption, and data backup as standard.
