A great day for HRLocker!

We’re excited to tell you that HRLocker has been shortlisted for The Business Culture Awards 2020!

This year has brought about so many changes for businesses and individuals across the world. In a time of so much uncertainty, it was humbling to receive the news that our dedication in the area of culture has been recognised. Culture and people are the bedrock of everything we do at HRLocker so to be shortlisted for this award means the world to us.

The Category: Business Culture Consultancy of the Year Award

This award recognises the contribution of companies or consultancies to Business Culture change initiatives. We had to demonstrate how we have delivered projects with a maximum cultural, rather than solely operational impact, both hand-in-hand with our clients AND internally. The judges looked for testimonials & key metrics to explain how HRLocker has excelled in our work. We had to show evidence of a solution, innovation, business impact, and client satisfaction and describe how organisational culture has changed, and the reasons for this transformation. Our application clearly demonstrated our journey, including how any barriers or challenges were overcome.

A big shoutout!

Thank you to all at the Business Culture Awards for giving us something to look forward to, we know we are up against some amazing companies but once again, to be shortlisted is an amazing achievement in itself. We will have our fingers (and toes!) crossed for the winner’s announcement on November 25th.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our brilliant team for all the hard work they have put in to create a brilliant work culture that enables us to create products that we can be proud of.
