The service was launched on March 11th 2021 and has supported hundreds of employers since creating disability-inclusive workplaces.

Christabelle is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and has worked on numerous equality campaigns, initiatives and referenda including the Marriage Equality Referendum.
