What is the Gender Pay Gap Reporting in Ireland 2025 Report?
Gender Pay Gap Reporting in Ireland 2025
As of May 2024, companies in Ireland with 150 or more employees must submit their first gender pay gap (GPG) report under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021. Larger companies with 250+ employees have already been reporting since 2022, providing valuable insights into the challenges and benefits of the process.
In order to better understand business preparedness for the Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting and their sentiment towards the new legal requirement, HRLocker surveyed 100 senior HR professionals in companies with 150 to 249 employees.
This report examines the preparedness and attitudes of those companies, highlighting learnings to be gained from larger organisations and outlining measures to minimise disruption.
